Guest Requirements
If you have any special requirements (dietary, medical, wheelchair assistance, or others), please let us know in writing before your booking. We will do our best to accommodate your requests and inform our partners. Some requests may not be possible, and in that case, no compensation will be provided.
Travel Insurance
We don’t provide travel insurance, so it’s up to you to get it. We highly recommend getting coverage for things like medical issues, trip cancellations, or lost luggage—just to be on the safe side. The company cannot be held liable for any incidents or losses that could have been covered by insurance.
Travel Documentation
It is your responsibility to have all necessary and valid travel documents for your trip. Your passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of entry. Tour participants are solely responsible for meeting all passport and visa requirements before the departure date.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide during booking will be handled securely and used only to organize your travel arrangements. This may include sharing details like dietary needs, medical conditions, or accessibility requirements with hotels or other service providers to ensure your trip is safe and comfortable. By making a booking, you agree that this information may be shared with the necessary partners involved in your travel.
