The journey begins with a scenic drive from Marrakech across the Tizi n’Tichka pass in the High Atlas mountains, offering stunning panoramic views. Along the way, you will visit the iconic Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site famous for its striking architecture and film appearances. The adventure continues through the lush Draa Valley, dotted with palm groves and traditional villages, before arriving in Zagora in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight are arranged in a charming riad or guesthouse.

After breakfast, you will drive towards M’hamid, the last village before entering the desert. Following a scenic lunch en route, the adventure continues by 4x4 and/or camel ride into the heart of the Erg Chigaga dunes. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed at a nomadic desert camp where you can enjoy a traditional dinner and a magical evening around the campfire. Overnight is spent under the stars in desert tents, surrounded by the vast Sahara.

The day begins with a breathtaking sunrise over the dunes, followed by breakfast at the camp. You can spend the morning at leisure, enjoying a camel ride, walking among the dunes, or simply relaxing in the peaceful desert environment. Lunch is served at the camp or as a picnic in the sand. In the afternoon, optional activities such as music, desert exploration, or cultural interactions with local nomads are available. The second night is spent again in the desert camp, offering another unforgettable evening under the starry sky.

Early in the morning, the journey back begins with a drive through the Iriki Lake dried track and the village of Foum Zguid. A stop for lunch in Taznakht, a village renowned for its Berber carpets, allows for a cultural touchpoint before continuing the journey back to Marrakech. You will arrive in the late afternoon, completing a spectacular desert adventure that combines culture, nature, and unforgettable desert experiences.
