Erg chegaga Desert Tour From Ouarzazate

We cross the lunar landscapes of the Anti-Atlas Mountains before we reach the oasis of Agdez. We will drive along Draa valley admiring the palm groves and the old tribal Ksours. Zagora Oasis is one of the most beautiful sites with more than 100 thousand palms. After driving 18 km we visit Tamgroute, It used to be the last village before the desert and has an old tradition of making green pottery. In the same village there is an old library full of old manuscripts and books of mathematics, theology, astrology, etc. (one of the oldest books dating from the 13th century ). Afterwards we will head to the dunes of Erg Chegaga. A getaway to calm and charming Sahara. Berber camp in the middle of nowhere, only the dunes and the stars at night!
